High Desert Hoops is ran by Bryan Cotton for BCotton Productions. Cotton has been recording basketball games in the High Desert since 2002. He recieved his Bacherlors Degree in Journalism from San Jose State Universtiy in 1994 and has been a residient of Victorville and Hespeira since then.
